What Is TIVS?

The Tokyo International Vocal Society（TIVS）was founded in Tokyo in 2025 with the aim of promoting international cultural exchange and mutual understanding through the art of vocal music.

Grounded in classical vocal music, TIVS creates a place where professional musicians, vocal students, and music lovers can connect beyond differences in nationality, generation, and experience, and learn, exchange ideas, and grow together.

Through international vocal arts festivals, vocal lectures, vocal salons and workshops, competitions, and international exchange programs, TIVS brings together professionals and enthusiasts, education and practice, and diverse cultures, while sharing the appeal of vocal music with the wider public.

Beginning with exchanges centered on Japan and China, TIVS will continue to expand its partnerships with musicians, educational institutions, and cultural organizations around the world, contributing to the development of the next generation and the enrichment of musical culture.
