Over the years, she has remained an active presence on the Chinese cultural and artistic stage in Japan in her multiple roles as a professional vocalist, artistic producer, and advocate for cultural exchange.
In 2025, Qin founded the Tokyo International Vocal Society(TIVS)and became its founding representative. Centered on the art of vocal music, TIVS is dedicated to building an open platform that connects professional artists, vocal students, Chinese families, young talent, and international cultural resources. Its mission is to promote arts education, cultural heritage, and international exchange through vocal music, while providing high-quality opportunities for musical study, performance, and exchange to Chinese communities in Japan and to a broader international public.
Qin’s purpose in founding TIVS extends far beyond organizing musical events. Beginning in Tokyo, she hopes to promote the preservation and international transmission of Chinese musical culture on a global scale. She places particular emphasis on the study and performance of Chinese art songs, songs based on classical Chinese poetry, and Chinese-language vocal works. Through these forms of music, she aims to help young people of Chinese heritage and members of overseas Chinese communities improve their sensitivity to the Chinese language, pronunciation, and cultural understanding. Her goal is for Chinese-language learning to extend beyond the classroom and to foster emotional identification and cultural confidence through music.
As one of the representative artists of the Chinese vocal music community in Japan, Qin’s strengths lie not only in her professional singing ability, but also in her capacity to connect vocal music resources in China, Japan, and the wider international community. She transforms her personal artistic experience into a cultural platform serving society, education, and international communication. Building on more than two decades of artistic practice in Japan, she is now working through the Tokyo International Vocal Society to integrate vocal education, the transmission of Chinese culture, the development of young talent, and international artistic exchange. Her aim is to create an overseas platform for Chinese musical culture with strong potential for sustainable growth.
